A brief word about polarity...
Gemini PIckups standard polarity is SOUTH UP/COUNTER CLOCKWISE.
Unfortunately, there is nothing close to an industry standard and there never has been. Without having a pickup in front of me I cannot guarantee what polarity it is. Some brands I can guess better than other, but no promises.
From my experience Gibson has largely been SOUTH UP/COUNTER CLOCKWISE. Fender has been all over the place and back again. With a lot of Fender pickups there's nothing that's grounded so you can at least flip the leads and change the direction that the wire is going around the coil.
Being in phase is not the same as reverse wound/reverse polarity. Two pickups that are RWRP will hum cancel in series or in parallel. The two coils in a humbucker are RWRP. In Gibsons and in my humbuckers the screw size is south up/counterclockwise and the slug side is north up/clockwise. The start of the screw side goes to ground, the end is wired in series to the slug side then it goes out.
Adding a separate ground or using two or four conductor leads gives you a lot more flexibility as far polarity. If you have a specific request as far as polarity just add a note to the order I'm happy to oblige.
